Dean, Riley is basically a bully and full of himself. He bullied the shareholders of RMIL until they finally lost their money in the SEC halt as I'm sure you know. There were those who were discerning enough to see what was happening and others who were intimidated by him into thinking he was bringing the law down on those who presented the facts. As you can see he led many people astray and is now trying to CHA.
