Sarge- The market is zillions times bigger than any of us put together. Our comments and opinions don't mean squat to where the stocks will trade because in most cases the osx issues are highly liquid. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a Bull calling for lower prices short term or a Bear calling for higher prices short term. Chart types like myself simply say what we see, even if we happen to own some issues that look on the charts like they may blip down some more. Long ago, I learned to never ever allow myself to get emotional about the market and what is happening to my individual stocks. All it does is cloud one's judgment. The Market simply doesn't care. And when you see me saying things like "RIG will break 20" it does NOT mean that I'm Bearish on RIG or that I'm short or hold RIG puts (I don't do either). It simply means that my reading of the charts and EW is telling me that RIG is likely to go lower. I may well be interested in sometime buying RIG, so I watch it. (At the moment, I'm still not yet quite ready to pull the trigger btw.). regards
