Well, it was certainly true this time. (CNET's currently 10 pts off it's day high) I wasn't planning on doing something with CNET on no news though, just curious if anyone knew what was going on.

Although in general, trends tend to be longer than a few minutes, so there's usually time. ie: EBAY's coming off it's day lows nicely. I wouldn't be surprised to see it end the day in the green. That would translate into huge positive sentiment post split, IMHO. As William said, I think this sell off is bogus. It's good for them to clean up their act sooner rather than later, and they're not going to be facing charges or anything.
