If shareholders approve the tracking share plan, shareholders would get half a share of the disk drive-business and one share of the tape and storage systems unit for each share of Quantum common stock held. - I like QNTM's tracking share plan. If CPU can do same thing like QNTM, we will get one share new Direct sale and half a share of CPU. For example, If we own one hundred shares of CPU right now, after spinoff, we own 100 shares of new Direct sale company (100% growing) and 50 shares of CPU. Best wishes James

CPU has a very high short ratio at this time. Therefore, when it reverse the current downward trend, it will be explosive with short covering. Bought 1000 share at 10 today. This stock is just too cheap right now.

Folks, CPU's poor customer service-relations shouldn't be treated like a Quasi Moto and hidden in the belltower, whether we wan't to acknowledge it or not, the public and the street are fully aware of it, and I, for one, believe it is reflected in the share price. I do like your idea of writing to management but not as customers, they obviousely have no respect for them, but as a shareholder(s)maybe they would listen. Earnings, when you are the only party on the block, is one thing, but as soon as someone decides to get serious and produce real competition, watch out!!
