I've been lurking and reading. I live in Arlington, Tx (where the prez lives) and have met the president of PHLB. He is smart and he seems to be concerned with his investors. What a concept. He told me he has a news release with a major retailer that will be out shortly. Since I met him before I ever invested in his company, I believe him. Hope this helps.
