Well, it should be a wash quantitatively, at least initially. It all depends on how low the 1/2 share goes and how high the 1 share goes, I suppose.

I suspect that QNTM mgt believes that the 1 share can go up substantially. Hence, it may be a good deal, but we shall see.

Wonder how they're gonna convert current QNTM options? Numbers like 1/3 and 2/3 don't convert nice and neatly like 1/2 and 1/4 do.
