That thought has been stated for a long time.
Dell does do well though.
When I bottoms out, I think I'm jumping in.
I like csco too when this is over.

Metromedia Fiber<MFNX.O>,Cisco in fiber optic pact
NEW YORK, March 1 (Reuters) - In a move to meet demand for
high-speed, high-bandwidth Internet Protocol-based private
network systems, Metromedia Fiber Network Inc. and Cisco
Systems Inc. <CSCO.O> on Monday joined forces to develop
optical networks.
The companies will develop joint corporate network markets
for a range of advanced optical technologies in major
metropolitan areas. It combines Metromedia's dark fiber
infrastructure in major metropolitan areas and Cisco's high-end
routers and switches.

Agree with you.
DELL 's support now is around 72-73 area since it broke 80.
It is too pricey now with its PE and PC stock in the dog house.
I will buy around 72.
