Oh great another 'Dell sucks' guy, I see that you own CPQ stock, may be Dell looked in your profile and decided to teach you a lesson. How come you didn't get a CPQ I wonder,I mean you are part owner of Compaq and you give your business to a competitor, wow that is no good.

Found DELL's service to be better than expected, to wit: Last Saturday at 5:30 pm PT found that my computer had a defective mother board and called the Service Dept. (Computer was purchased 18 months ago.) Today, Monday, the service tech, who lives 50 miles from Palm Desert, CA, arrived with a new board and installed it. All work was done under a warranty. I'm not taking issue with your experience, but do want it known that your experience has not been encountered by everyone.

As a result of DELL's extraordinary service for me over the years, I will gladly pay a few on hundred more than market for two Dell laptops later this year.

Regarding the stock, I hope it drops lower so I can further lower my average cost.
