Yeah but Chaz, the problem is the judge here - he needs to look like he is not predisposed to a certain outcome.

The reason the msft VP and judge got into a shouting match is because he feels that his statement is being misrepresented by the judge. I mean, come on, this guy is a senior VP at Msft, he knows how to behave in a court, and yet he drops into this emotional behavior, similar to someone who is falsely accused of a crime.

I don't know much about law... help me out here, doesn't impartial behavior like this from the judge leave the door open for appeal?
