Perhaps there will be settlement being worked. If so the
stock should push up sharply this week to 160+ and in the
next 2 weeks to 170 - 180 going into split.

Because information such as settlement talks don't remain
private. They do leak out.

Gerald, Maybe not talking settlement might even be a better sign for Microsoft----shows confidence with anti-trust laws.
