The use of knowledge is not sufficient and is being limited. Cleve's results are dependant upon utilizing the knowledge of what has transpired, and communicating this to the court. Information is being cast aside right now by individuals who do not know the implications of certain dealings. I prefer to know as much as possible, think about it, chart the information, and then use it. I never disregard information, it would put me at a disadvantage. One person may look at the corporate records and not recognize a trail, while another would know what transpired. A smart person asks questions and should not be threatened by lack of knowledge. Cleve is experienced. He may have enough information to be successful without knowing the answers to the questions asked. I have been on too many threads where good intentions end up being disappointments because of the end results. Ask yourself, is everything being done possible to give the shareholders the best odds for survival? If you do not believe so, do what has to be done now, not later. Good luck and utilize every members strength in the group. $200 a head just won't do it.

RM: #3 seems to me to be a good parallel run to the existing action IMO. - I feel we are not aggressive enough. We all know the obvious fraud that has been going on - add the possible further that an actual investigation can reveal. What is the mid-term plan - ??????????????? IMO sell the company to some honest businessmen in LOB - If there is a 50MM$ revenue - then there will be some willing to buy it. - With AA shares confiscated together with other insiders - we may end up with a value. (yes, Waltertx, AA shares are not counted, neither are yours if you refuse to see the reality here - your action here on thread as an insider is suff to rule you out)
