I was referring to the "CNBC way". "XYZ is umpteen percent off their 52 week high, or umpteen percent up from their 52 week low." Like new words getting added to the dictionary because of popular use, popular ways of expressing things can become the standard. Whatever. Intel stock performance far exceeds that of AMD or NSM, their only real x86 rivals, in spite of the recent, temporary carnage.
