Called a value play:::

CNET pumped on valuation

Investors poured into CNET (CNET) on Monday. The stock
climbed 14 7/8 to 129 1/2. The content provider is attracting
value-minded investors, said analyst Anthony Blenk at Everen
Securities.

"If you look at [CNET] on the base of valuation [and find] it's
quite low vs. the valuation of other Internet portals," he said.
"When we look at 2000, Yahoo!'s trading at [a price-to-earnings]
multiple of 312 and CNET's at 128."
