Not a Scud, they are "dumb" missiles, smarter ones have more. Knew as I worked for major mfg of US missiles. I'll dig out link on bosch battery & PM.

The way I'm looking at it is auto battery is near unchanged since great uncle had bunches tied to a wind charger in 1900's. an improvement of 20% in wet cells would most likely better the total improvement for last 25 years. also them batteries are HEAVY(!!)
if only 5% silver (by weight) it would be more than world can even guess at!
