<<on 02/05/1997 DCTC hit all time high at $5 1/2 when DCTC had $901,061 Revenue for the 9months ending 12/31/1996 and per share revenue $0.29/share/year;

on 3/1/1999 DCTC at $2 15/32 when DCTC has $28,100,000 REVENUE for
the 9 months ending 12/31/1998 and per share revenue $1.55/share/year.>>

This argument is used to demonstrate that DCTC is undervalued. But the disparity is so great between the numbers in each of the two years cited, that if you believe in anything approaching an efficient market, you have to ask why this disparity has been allowed to occur on an ongoing basis. So far, the only answer I've heard is a lack of visibility due to their bulletin board status. Were they that much more visible in 1997?
