I'm sure all of us are intrigued why a store that is so busy and with so much neat inventory can't make any money. I'm also sure that some of you read the stock analyst's panning CPU in the WSJ last fall after he went to his local CPU in the Dallas area and was waited on by a bunch of uninformed clerks. I will say that I leased a Sony laptop from CPU, and it took THEM TWO HOURS TO PROCESS THE PAPERWORK WITH SHUTTLING TO AND FRO BETWEEN COMPUTERS 60 FEET APART! But a company this big can pay a CEO well enough to attract the talent needed to fix things. So my finger is on the trigger.
