Or to put it another way, the weakness in the PC sector started with rumors that box makers had a weak January. Well, does anyone think Apple had a weak January after G3 roll-out, colored iMac rollout, and rev B price cut to $999?

The other comment was that revs and unit growth were slowing dramatically. Well, with Apple we're now getting to the point where the year-prior quarters were very weak from a revenue standpoint. Ie, the asps had come down, the Newtons and printers and monitors had been mostly phased out, etc. I don't think Apple will have trouble growing revs 5-10% this quarter. Unit growth should be even better.
