Donald: As it is right now there is a chance that either the OEX or the SPX will not fulfill my buy signal. If one of the two closes in negative territory. Both these buy signal remain in effect. Again the only requirement is that they close in positive territory for fulfillment of the signals. <Not a recommendation to buy or sell>
