The big boys will know the outcome of the OPEC meeting in advance. Count on it. The OSX will do its thing BEFORE THE MEEETING. Seems to be discounting a failure already.

Do not be surprised if OSX sinks further before the meeting; the meeeting is a failure; but OSX rallies after the meeting as shorts cover on the news.

Am not predicting this scenario, but it would not surprise me.

Platter, Do you think? I'm starting to be of the mind that Asian demand will start underpinning oil prices even if OPEC brings no new cuts to the table in March....
