Platter: The big boys will know the outcome of the OPEC meeting in advance. Count on it. The OSX will do its thing BEFORE THE MEEETING. Seems to be discounting a failure already. Do not be surprised if OSX sinks further before the meeting; the meeeting is a failure; but OSX rallies after the meeting as shorts cover on the news. Am not predicting this scenario, but it would not surprise me.
