HOT.UN:

Hmmmm. I honestly don't know what to think of all these
REITs with large yields. Sure they sound attractive, but I
question the ability of these companies to pay them. I mean,
if it were a sure thing, wouldn't they be more in demand and
dictate a higher unit price? I know that from a trading
perspective I'd feel better buying HOT.UN once it broke $9.00.
Until then I'd maybe take a starter position and build on
it if it went in my favour. Technically, it seems to be a
bit of a toss up at this point.

Whatever the case may be, I'm sticking to day-trading this
market until a clear direction has been discerned. I've been
flipping MLT and ATY to make up for my losses on RGO (out at
$4.65). This market doesn't seem to have much momentum one way
or the other.

Man did LDM ever get smoked today. Today's trading was
like watching a guy hit the ol' double cross of the tee on the
18th hole in a golf match...he tries to fade it and he pull-hook's
one into the soup. I was bidding at $9.75 this morning and then
I yanked it when the offers seemed to thicken through-out the day.
No bounce at all.

This company's lost 1/3rd its capitalization in 1 month.
Ouch.

Now this is getting fairly interesting. I've been waiting
to see if it would break $3.00...

Looks like the game is on.
