Eduverse EDUV on Nasdaq OTC Recent Price $1.50
Entry Price $0.80 and $1.40 Opinion - buy

In the last issue I talked about more news coming with EDUV and said "I
believe this is another huge Internet play that the market does not
understand or has discovered yet." It seems as soon as I put these
words to print, the market began to discover EDUV. All I can say,
'is about time'. Eduverse announced a steady stream of news all month
and the best part is there is more to come.

On February 2, EDUVERSE Signed a Strategic Alliance to Launch a
Televised Multi-Lingual Campaign for its ENGLISH PRO Software Aimed at
the Largest Segment of the More Than 30 Million Non-English Speaking
Americans. EduVenture Learning Corporation is a privately held company
focusing on marketing and distributing best-of-breed educational
software applications in North and South America. Under the terms of
the agreement, EduVenture has an exclusive reseller license to market
EDUVERSE's product line to the Hispanic community using 1-800 (direct
response) and infomercial advertising in the US for the next 6 months.
Commercial production, airtime buys and product fulfillment are the
responsibilities of EduVenture.

"ENGLISH PRO presents unlimited opportunity in the American market,"
stated Tim Bramwell, President of EduVenture Learning Corporation.
"The need for quality educational products, at a reasonable price, is
a winning formula for success in any market. We are beginning script
production for our television commercial immediately and expect to air
by April."

On the same day EDUV announced the launch of its Internet Training
Portal, www.EDUVERSITY.net. On March 15, 1999, the EDUVERSITY(TM)
Portal will go live globally on the Internet, providing the best of
breed in on-line training courses, offering 100's of Internet-enabled
Multimedia Courses.

EDUVERSITY's hundreds of on-line courses range from Finance, Languages
and Softskills to Desktop Computing, Graphic Design and the Internet.
EDUVERSITY also features 38 Microsoft Certified courses and 30
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) courses.

Through the power of the Internet, EDUVERSE is able to compete on a
level playing field in the 600 billion-dollar corporate training forum
with such industry giants as IBM (NYSE: IBM), AOL (NYSE: AOL) and
Intuit (Nasdaq: INTU).

"With our impressive lineup of existing courses and our commitment to
deliver dynamic new courses, our new on-line Corporate Workplace
University is in a league of its own," stated Mark E. Bruk, President
and CEO of EDUVERSE. "EDUVERSITY gives us yet another vehicle to meet
the needs of the Internet-enabled community while strengthening our
Internet presence. Our strategy which integrates EDUVERSE.com,
freeENGLISH.net, EDUVERSITY.net and other soon to be announced web
portals, presents unparalleled choices for education to our user
community."

This is all possible with EDUVERSE's leading-edge technical expertise
to the development of proprietary software called EVOVE(TM). EVOVE is
a 100% pure Java programming environment that allows a single
application to deliver educational course curriculum across a
multitude of operating systems and hardware platforms.

On February 16 EDUVERSE announced TheGlobalStore.net and Combines 3
E-Commerce Portals to Create Winning Internet Strategy. What is key
about this news release, below is Eduverse explains a lot about it's
internet strategy and you can now see why I said that Eduverse is a
huge Internet play.

RENO, Nev. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - February 16, 1999 - EDUVERSE(TM)
Accelerated Learning Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: EDUV - news), a
technology-based developer, manufacturer, marketer and publisher of
educational software products, today announced an agreement with
Digital River, Inc., resulting in the opening of EDUVERSE's newest
Internet portal, TheGlobalStore.net, expected to open on March 15th.

TheGlobalStore.net is EDUVERSE's E-Commerce Internet portal, with over
131,000 popular software & hardware products available for sale.
Through reseller and affiliate programs, TheGlobalStore.net will also
offer on-line shoppers a choice of brand name products and services
including books, music CDs, toys, movies, foods, travel and more.

"TheGlobalStore.net integrates perfectly with our Internet strategy,"
states Mark E. Bruk, President and CEO of EDUVERSE. "This new Internet
portal, combined with our existing portals, creates a powerful synergy
that will have a global impact. These sites provide the best in
E-Commerce, Distance Education and advertising on the Internet today."

"The most popular types of Internet advertising revenue are based on
banner impressions, banner click-through, and profit sharing of
product sell-through. EDUVERSE will enjoy revenue from all three of
these Internet strategies," adds Mr. Bruk.

"Many companies have an Internet strategy based on advertising
revenues. Their greatest challenge is twofold: to source advertisers
and to sign strategic alliances with companies that wish to sell
products on their site and share the revenue. TheGlobalStore.net and
EDUVERSITY.net, our new on-line Corporate Workplace University, are our
initial strategic partners. Both portals will generate sell-through
revenue for EDUVERSE."

TheGlobalStore.net will advertise a variety of brand name products on
freeENGLISH. Numerous manufacturers' products, including Microsoft
(Nasdaq: MSFT), Adobe (Nasdaq: ADBE), Symantec (Nasdaq: SYMC) and IBM
(NYSE: IBM), will be featured. EDUVERSITY.net will advertise its 100's
of on-line courses that include 68 Microsoft Certified courses.

freeENGLISH is a strong magnet that is attracting a global user
community. In the past 6 weeks, since its launch, freeENGLISH has
generated 100's of thousands of banner impressions. It is expected to
reach 100,000 daily users in the near future, generating over 12
million banner impressions per day. This daily traffic will make
freeENGLISH one of the most powerful marketing tools on the Internet.
By attracting 1 million daily users - a small percentage of the 1
billion people currently studying English - freeENGLISH will wield the
impressive power of the Yahoo's (Nasdaq: YHOO) and Excite's (Nasdaq:
XCIT) of the world.

Along with promoting its own products and services EDUVERSE will
permit other select companies to enjoy the advertising power of
freeENGLISH.

Notice: Retailers carrying ENGLISH PRO(TM), EDUVERSE's award-winning
English language software report that ENGLISH PRO - the #1 Best Seller
in its product category - is outselling the competition by a factor of
4 to 1.

Then on February 19, EDUVERSE Announces Strategic Agreement with
Leading Global Electronic Software Distribution Reseller BUYONET
(www.buyonet.com), under which BUYONET will resell EDUVERSE's
award-winning English language software. EDUVERSE will supply BUYONET
with in an electronic downloadable format of ENGLISH PRO for on-line

base of satisfied customers in more than 125 countries, supports six
languages and 22 currencies. BUYONET is the largest electronic
software distributor in Europe.

"BUYONET has done a superior job in meeting the challenges of
marketing software in a diverse geographical region," stated Mark E.
Bruk, president and CEO of EDUVERSE. "For many European on-line
shoppers, who do not understand English, the only way to make the sale
is to profile products in their own language and currency. BUYONET's
commitment to the European market and level of customer support has
made them a leading ESD reseller in Europe and now globally."

EDUVERSE also announced that EDUVERSITY.net, the company's Corporate
Workplace University, is now open, one month ahead of schedule.

Next, on February 25 EDUVERSE Signed a $798,000 Exclusive Distribution
Agreement for Australia and New Zealand with an agreement with
Software Suppliers Pty. Ltd. (www.softwaresuppliers.au), a leading
software distributor with a 16-year record of success in the region.
Under the terms of the agreement, Software Suppliers will distribute
EDUVERSE's award-winning ENGLISH PRO(TM) software program.

Software Suppliers will direct and manage the entire process of
establishing ENGLISH PRO in the market, from merchandising and
supplying resellers through to technical support and upgrades.
Software Suppliers is a wholesaler and supplies retail outlets and
computer resellers from its facilities in North Ryde, approximately 15
minutes drive from the center of Sydney, Australia.

"International distributor interest in our product line has never been
stronger," stated Mark E. Bruk, President and CEO of EDUVERSE.
"Australia and New Zealand are an integral part of our Australasian
focus and foreign distributors the caliber of Software Suppliers are
tantamount to our success."

"Australia attracts over 100,000 international students annually,"
indicated Bruce Lamb, President of Software Suppliers. "One of the
main subjects of interest for these students is English language
training and ENGLISH PRO meets this market demand. I have been very
pleased with our initial test marketing of the product. It has the
potential to be one of our best selling lines."

It seems this steady flow of news and these developments got the
attention of the Interenet stock crowd and EDUV seen volume and price
rise throughout the week and activity pick up on various Internet
investment forums. There is more good news to come and if this stock
has finally now been discovered by the market, there is no telling how
high it might go. From the news you can see that Eduverse could have
as big an Internet presence and strategy as the big players now on the
scene.
