>>>Last year AlpineAire grew to 110 employees from 50. In March, it will move from a 10,000-square-foot plant in Grass Valley to a Rocklin business park, where it is putting up two side-by-side buildings totaling 44,000 square feet at a cost of $4 million. <<<<

I wonder what's going to happen to all these companies that sell freeze dried goods, survival goods, etc., in a couple years? Are they going to downsize and lay off all the staff they hired to keep up with Y2K panic?

The growth is great now, but what happens after the year 2000?

NEWS: Check out these recent suits filed against AT&T & Lucent - and consider that yesterday the justice dept. rejected a plea by several blue chip tech companies to limit their Y2K liability.

You'll need acrobat to read the actual lawsuit filings:

lawsuits #42 & #44 are against Lucent & AT&T but neither have been mentioned by the any news wire (I've checked everywhere - this is news to the street).
