Thanks Pat. I like your style: meat and potatoes only. We should have lunch one day, hehe. Thanks.

Pat, it seems that CKEYF might have some long term basing to do here (I would say at least until mid June). Since my general view of the market is now that we are going to see some major weakness starting next month, I will wait on this one. Unfortunately, it could easily drop to 2 if the high techs start to get vertigo.

Pat, thank you for your effort. It is much appreciated. You found out more than I got from the media.

I am left with two lingering thoughts :

1. The management knew there was trouble lingering and they put together 900k shares as a Christmas present and got out. In this game I suppose that is to be expected. Increasing the float sounds like rationalization.

2. More importantly, besides the short term financial comings and goings, does the company have key technology that cannot be easily emulated by a competitor or a knowledgeable customer? If the answer is yes I am willing to stay in. Is there an expert out there who can make an honest assessment?

I would like to add that the standard of posts by many of you on this thread has been outstanding.

Thanks,
Joe McKeown
