I actually take these Insider selling filings as good news...they are expecting it to run up, which is fine with me...anyone else look at it this way????? Chris

"144: Intent to Sell Restricted Stock Quote, Chart, Resources, News, Searches, Annual" A Form 144 is filed ONLY for SMALL amounts of stock that, typically, were given to employees as incentives and/or enumeration. It can ONLY be used for SMALL quantities of stock that will not materially affect the float. It's just an insider wanting to cash in on a few of their shares. Nothing more. They have as much right to lock in a little profits as we all do. It should NOT be taken as a negative sign.
