Ouch, sounds like more wallpaper for me. At least the color of this one is a nice contrast to the others. Would certainly like to hear that this cat has another life but don't think we'll see a dead cat bounce on this one. :-{ Regards. Gary

Hi Folks: It looks to be over. There may be a feeble route of rescue but I doubt we will see it. The VSE wanted some things from Mr. Henning and he was not prepared to meet the call. As I understand the the problem, the VSE wanted all unpaid shares issued to Mr. Henning cancelled. However, the VSE request stipulated all shares to Ryan be cancelled, including shares he bought and paid for legitimately. He declined. Really, I can not blame him for his refusaL The end is in sight and I can hear the fat lady start to sing. Trevor
