Dan, fwiw I am not a blind msft supporter, I think msft bullied the boxmakers into dumping nscp when most would not have done so otherwise. Msft is definitely guilty of some anticompetitive practices in my book (particularly in the oem area) - in other areas they won fair and square. Its just that I believe a judge has an obligation to at least listen to what a witness is trying to say. You have a point about being predisposed to an outcome is less important on the last day of the trial than the first. I would like to see what was in that email, too.
