From CBS....

CheckFree Holding (CKFR) sees 15 percent sequential growth in subscriptions within 12 to 18 months. The company recorded that rate until a few quarters ago, but growth slowed as banks stopped marketing PC-based products, moving instead to a Web operation. Checkfree allows users to pay bills electronically which substantially lowers costs. The company currently has 2.5 million subscribers and processed 125 million transactions last year. James Douglas, head of mergers and acquisitions for Checkfree, said the electronic bill-payment market is less than 3 percent penetrated.
