JNNE Just spoke with chairman Joe Naughton because IR was too busy to answer their phone. He said news would absolutely be out by Wednesday morning before market open. He couldn't state the exact nature of the news, but the synopsis is that he believes that this is the fuse that will stay lit. No update on the lawsuit but if the rumors of only getting 6 million instead of 60 it would make the stock worth $.1. Closed at .08 I think. He also claimed to own 8.3 million shares himself. Talk about a vested interest! I am relatively new at this DD stuff so the usual disclaimers apply.
