Daniel, what you refer to already exists and is called a prime broker. This is what hedge funds and wealthy investors use. All your money is with your prime broker and all trades are actually cleared through them by DVP (delivery vs. Payment) ie. Roucher Pierce(sp). I personaly know one hedge fund who specifically does this to access IPO's all over the street. If you want to do it though you will have to pony up at least a mil or nobody will talk to you. Rob
