If you can add and subtract you can figure out that WSP does not have the goods, their information is suspect and uncheckable and their dyke has no tonnage. The money is promo. It is frequently wrong. Never bet. Never guess. Know. I know I can make 200 million on my claims. There is a difference. You are chasing cotton candy castles in Spain as so many have done before. But the money chases those castles.
