My take still is that we are in the final phase of the OSX bear. Having studied many bear markets, I have noticed that a frequent characteristic of the final shakeout is that there are no more strong sucker's rallies. In the final decline we get nothing more than minor technical bounces.

The next time we get a really strong OSX rally on heavy volume will most likeley be the beginning of the long awaited bull. And very few will have the courage to buy it.

I'll be in Tampa the rest of the week attending a Turnaround Management Association conference. Maybe by the time I get back, the pipeline will be fixed? In the meantime, be sure to keep the hogs at bay. <vbg>
