Redwood City, California, March 1 (Bloomberg) -- At Home Corp., an Internet access provider soon to be controlled by AT&T Corp., wants to deliver ''all bands, all devices, all the time,'' said Chairman, Chief Executive and President Tom Jermoluk.

The Redwood City, California-based company is preparing for when information such as electronic mail is sent the same way over personal computers, television and pagers.

The advent of broadband, or high-speed connections to the Internet that carry more information than standard links via telephone lines, won't just make things faster, it will ''fundamentally change'' the way the media and advertising industries present content and products to consumers, said Jermoluk, speaking at Jupiter Communications Internet conference.

''There are going to be millions of more users spending more time online -- at an average of 20 hours a week, not a month,'' Jermoluk said. ''There's a tremendous desire for integration.''

Still, Jermoluk expects the PC and television to be used differently ''for a long time.'' Advertising and content should be designed for both, he said.

No. 1 telephone company AT&T's purchase of cable company Tele-Communications Inc., At Home's biggest shareholder, will help At Home achieve its goal of providing ''seamless'' technology, Jermoluk said.

Shares of At Home rose 1 to 107 1/8.
