I was quite shocked to receive a third returned call from Eric Paulson
today and this time I was not in a meeting and got to speak with him
live...very nice man by the way.

He obviously cannot tell me or anyone else the date of the S-1
announcement but he told me that the process was going forward
and that he stands by his "several weeks" statement. He told me that
there are not any problems, the delay is merely to make sure that the
process is done correctly. He stated that his objective is to do whats
best for the long term interest of NAVR shareholders...by the way, he
is the largest shareholder and he said that no one wants the share
price to go up more than he does.

The reasoning for the IPO remains that the divestiture of Net Radio
would make NAVR immediately profitable and provide a potential
$100MM+ interest free cash infusion to NAVR.

Hang in there folks they are not evil monsters waiting to take your
money. They want this thing to go as much as we do, but it is
complicated and it has to be done right!

Guess what folks: we don't runthe business: we do know there will be an ipo; it will be in the next week or so: so what's the angst? The company needs the ipo; the officers need the ipo; the stockholders need the ipo; it's a win/win situation. Do you think Pualson and company are going to shoot themselves int he foot? Get real. instead of complaining that it's not coming fast enough, be out there accumulating shares. That's how you show faith int he company, and in the process reward yourselves.
