Ernie:

I cringed too. And I hope that this doesn't set a new precedent here. We've got a fine group of people, and they should feel no obligation to pander to these kinds of accusations.

Hi Ernie,

I cringed when I read the ? in the first place<G>. It seems like every so often, a group appears that "wants to know everything everyone else knows" without paying the price of membership. I relented this time and so be it.

As for DCI......the CLEC news was something I was hoping for earlier, as you know, but like most things it took longer to put together than expected. It is now together and from what I hear from mgmt, daily ops are going smoothly. I know the financing and switch agreements are the next large hurdle with the merger and potential listing running a close second. On the overhead front, I figure we have 1/2 of the original amt left and one or two more releases should totally unwind the position. We then have a real chance of becoming more fairly valued and if a listing is part of the equation, maybe it will be time for the real long termers to have some fun<GGGGGGGG>.

Take care and we'll be talking....

Lou
