Gregory:

Which particular article are you referring to? There was one in there that indicated we are entering the post-pc era. An era characterized by "information appliances" replacing PC's. Actually, for these same group of writers to be correct we have another phase that we must get to and through before we get to this era:

The network PC era!!!!!!

Sorry gotta go, my toaster says I have e-mail.

I still remember well after the Asian fall in Oct 97 ..Then Cpq warned..I think Ibm did also...No one made their est...Dell took advantage of the stuffed channels and qtr after qtr beat the #s..I really believe the dell team has prepared the share holders a way to continue good growth..They are getting aggressive with the pricing to keep up revs..Cost cutting on spending..online stores..??sub 1000..Cpq and the rest stuffing..same feelings we felt in 97..Look at us now..Thw economy is strong...%%%%% will come down this summer..Its heaven but the ride is in a bumper car..I sold my house and should start the slab on my new 1 soon..What a handful and now the market wants to jip me out of my dell shs..I have just been kicking back and waiting for the big guys to say...Opps..Pc's/y2k are robust and dell is on a tear.
