Oh, we're talking about Canadian dollars. ROFLMAO - I personally billed over 1/4 million+ bucks (American Dollars) as a contractor, over a <3 year period for developing customized software applications for one company. I billed directly. I was a one "man" operation. Granted, they weren't a huge company. Only billed about $25MM/annually. I warned them about Y2K 3 years ago and they ignored me. Thought a generic program would be better than a customized application. THANK G*D (I couldn't afford the litigation, nor would I have wanted nor been able to go thru years of programming documentation to make this Y2K compliant). They did me a BIG, BIG favor. all reporting functions. (Home office never knew this. Company is listed on NYSE. Home office pulled their report, saw end result, in anticipated format and was happy. Never knew about manual work-arounds. ) They manually re-entered figures on the accounting end of this supposedly integrated software package.not Y2K compliant. Unfortunately, we can't stop you.
