There may be a few very strong links between the client list and Hwang. He has only been part of Cohesive for less than a year. Who would be the obvious contact from Cohesive to the client if the client knew one of the new employees from before? These business contacts/friendships do not necessarily fade as positions change especially if there are highly respected qualifications.
