Bosco, in this case the creditors financial counsel should get booted. Look to this: the former creditors (!!) rather agreed to have a floorless in place. The reason for BRADV to issue this beast was simple that they couldn't sell another location and wanted to "pledge" this amount to the former creditors. Well they pledged it but this mechanism also works against the former creditors on the other hand because it hammered the stock price of their common stock also. Pretty stupid. The CFO also should take his hat for not smelling the rat here. Let's hope for a quick winding up and then a reverse stock split.. best regards CROSSY
