Dear Larry: Where in the hell did you get that interpretation?? I am very familiar with BOCI its right down the street from my home and I lost my ass on the stock awhile back. BOCI is a modem manufacturer OEM which went to hell in a handbasket and tried to get out with a set top box. I dont consider them serious competitors. Besides, I thought MSU sold its USA markets and is only into overseas. Maybe Bert or someone can straighten me out. JDN
