I don't think eBay is having real problems. Swap meets aren't shut down because someone sells stolen property. Newspapers aren't held accountable for classified advertisers' ethics, unless they fail to act on complaints.

eBay's concern is credibility. They are cooperating with law enforcement in every way they can because its a free audit, it sends the right message to potential abusers, and it's the right thing to do for the business.

Looks like it may be "sector rotation" time into broadcasters. Bought calls on BCST this afternoon (still holding the stock long too) and I plan on buying some RNWK calls tomorrow if it still looks strong. New 52wk high.

Remember when the online brokers got hot? Any third tier broadcasters out there for traders to run up? NAVR with their NetRadio "real soon now" IPO?
