Mike, I heard the exact same thing from Sam. He indicated they were on a fast track to get the company listed on NASDAQ. This was about a year ago. So much for a fast tract. Pat Vitucci then said they were having some problems with their accountants. Who knows what's the truth. I just hope a deal is in the works.

KEMPOMAN is just another frustrated PR junkie who is pissed off that his firm lost this deal Due to that fact that they suck ! (IMHO) LIMPOMAN, if you would like to give warnings, go warn your wife that you will be looking for another JOB soon when your company goes out of business.
