Can you guess what the bid/ask might be? where did you get information about being 300% oversubscribed? will that affect the bid/ask?

it might be hard getting in right after trading resumes at a decent price ... what do you think?

Oh - Can you post the information/news releases here? Everytime i go to www.vse.ca it crashes my netscape .. too much java & applets.. very frustrating, then I have to re-enter my password here on SI and log back on..
