Vitas: We still should have a rally starting by Thursday. It should be either today or tomorrow. If it does not show up it is more bearish. I am still watching. Over the last 6 trading days, there has been a net move in the INDU of about 15 points. For the first time since mid January, the volume on advancing stocks has gone neutral. So now the big money is having second thoughts.
