Ah so that explains what is holding the price down short term. The holders of this debt/equity make a profit above 1.75 and have been taking it or almost equivalently those who know about the deal are doing so in anticipation of these events. Long term holders should be encouraged by this news as it will give something to look forward to when the selling pressure eases. Sorta like the old joke about it how great it feels when the beating ends. Seriously, the company is making a bona fide effort to become an exciting player in the communications revolution.
