We need to hear more details about the internet site. What is being sold and in what quantities? What percent of revenue is being generated from the web site and hwo do the margins compare to those of store sales? And finally, what is going to happen with the internet "company"? Will the shareholders be screwed (not really screwed because the cash will go into the company, but this is obviously less adventageous) with an IPO or will shares be issued to existing shareholders?
