..funny, it turns out that Ebay's lock-up period was shorter than usual. I don't remember exactly, but I think it may already have ended. Lessee.. yup -- already over: sfgate.com

NI, the problem is, most of the insider shares are not registered and they can't sell it on the open market without a secondary offering. So, if it happens, we'll know about it way ahead of time.
