I have some really good friends that worke at XYLN and I am very happy for them. And of course all of the fine SI folks. It will be interesting to see how long Steve Kim and Yuri Pikover hang around. I'm guessing that the management styles will clash very quickly. XYLN has some really good people though and Steve really did right by the shareholders.

I believe that the next obvious/significant acquisitions will be others that are positioning themselves to play in the big leagues. Most of the big boys are already wearing a full tux and just need some acutrements to round out the outfit (a cummerbund here, a bow tie there...).

All IMO and pure speculation.
