stiltz, I must say that. All that I read here is: -They must bring it now. -navr then will be in the 30ies... -Navr will fly.... -The mgmt says, yes, In the next couple of weeks. -And what is NAVRs core biz'? Is there any? Not mentioned here, only sing and fly and Netradio.... so it an uninformed reader might have the impression that NAVR is only the pre IPO shell... Do you really believe that big quantities of NAVR are going in the 30ies or so? We have finally March, I traded 10 different IPOs and pre-IPOs meanwhile, including UIH and DBCC, finally PWCC and WCAP. So far, I have never, never seen a fact when it will be, nothing is in the calendars. In the meantime, convertible holders shelled out a lot of market value (or cashed by selling the converted shares, yet the amounts are hard to estimate) by converting the whole 14 Millions of debt & warrants, hence the share count went up to 23M making it even harder to lift. How many shares of "Netradio" will NAVR own? 5 Mill? 3 Mill? How much $$$ will that show that in NAVR value if NAVR has 23M shares out and Netradio, says, go to $50? (Not add, as Netradio is already in there). "Do the math". Post facts about Navr business. C.
