BWAC, do you know at what threshold VLSI's poison pill comes into play. A hostile acquirer can stay under that percentage, and solicit votes to replace the board as a means of gaining control. somewhat cumbersome. also phillips could challenge it in court. I played AMP when ALD when after them, put them in play, white knight TYCO came along and "rescued" them. see similiar scenario here. this stock is in play, my guess is low 20's. larry
