NYC can be a bit challenging, I admit, but it is home for me. Who says that I consider Christians loony? I didn't have to scroll down in CB's post following yours to know what I was about to read. I do have to say, however, that it is my religious background that is in part responsible for my depth of tolerance. I was taught to see the possibility of Christ everywhere, even in individuals whose behavior seems at odds with my beliefs. From this background springs my fury at the "Christians" who are so vocal about what is "right" and "wrong."
